Book Review: The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood

I think you’ll find this book is very much worth the hype.

Review

There is over 18,000 reviews of The Love Hypothesis on Amazon alone; the world really doesn’t mean mine as well. But this is the first romance book I truly loved in a while, so I just couldn’t resist.

I can’t quite put my finger on what makes The Love Hypothesis so special. The plot has been done before and it has its fair share of cheesy scenes. The ending is more or less a given and the whole story is pretty simply. Yet it gave me butterflies in my belly. The author’s words magically made me feel like I was falling in love for the first time. I was filled with happy emotion that left me smiling like a Cheshire Cat. I had a big book hangover.

I loved the characters in this book too. Such a great mix, and down to earth and likeable. Of course, with the have-to-hate character thrown in to make things spicy. And, who doesn’t love a book that bigs up women on science.
