I was recommended Awaken Your Power Within as part of my coaching course and I’m ashamed to admit that I didn’t read it? Why the shame? Because this is an amazing book, whether you are planning to become a coach or not.

Ultimately, Awaken Your Power Within is all about changing your mindset. While, of course, this is easier said than done, the author does a really good job of explaining how the change can be made over time. However, what is more important is the explanation why you should look deep within yourself and find your power to change.

I really enjoyed reading Awaken Your Power Within, however, a lot of what was in the book was not new to me. That was mainly because I did a course in coaching with neuroscience. If you are new to the topic, there is so much to learn from Gerry Hussey, and he explains everything in an easy to understand manner.
