Empties Post #3

Finally, some more finished products to show to you! Lately I have been buying way too many cosmetics and toiletries that there is not enough time to use products to the end. It will be a hard struggle, but I will get through, at least for the sake of Joyful Antidotes. Let’s kick off with these 5 products.

Catrice Cosmetics Multistyle Matt Eyeliner

I think this is the first product which has appeared in one of my empties posts which I truly felt disappointed with. The eyeliner has a pretty sturdy tip which is what drew me to it in the first place. I initially used it twice in one week and was pretty satisfied with it. After that, however, it completely dried up and would barely draw on my bare eyelid, let along over any eyeshadow.

The inclusion of this product will come as no surprise to returning readers. Long story short, I absolutely adore it and will most certainly purchase it again. Click here for a more detailed review.

Dove Repair Shampoo/Conditioner

The Dove shampoo range is another product I have often raved about. I buy it almost every time I need a restock, and so far there hasn’t been another which has rivalled Dove in terms of price and quality. Usually repair shampoos/conditioners are a shot in the dark, but these actually left my hair feeling significantly healthier after just a couple of uses.

Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Cleansing Water

Past posts will reveal me as a massive fan of Simple. Following success with the Garnier Micellar Water, I just had to try the Simple version when it was released. Although a very good product, I found that it didn’t remove my make-up as well as the Garnier version, and also seemed to dry out my skin.

Nivea Soft Moisturizer

Nivea Soft has rekindled my love for the brand. I don’t know why I ignored this product for so long as it is a perfect fit with my skin. I use this every night without fail. I was happy enough with the fact that it doesn’t irritate my skin, but what really sold me was how soft it leaves my skin from the moment I apply it right until the next morning.
