Without really noticing, I managed to get myself into a bit of a makeup rut. Not only was I wearing the same products on my face day in and day out, I have been using the same products for a number of years now. I also failed to take into account that my skin had changed (it is no longer so dry), my hair was dyed to a darker blond, and I was living in a country where my skin actually tanned during the summer months. Needless to say, a number of the products I was using no longer really suited me. Beside that, I needed a shake up. A new lipstick or nail varnish can sometimes put the same bit of life into an outfit that a new pair of shoes or a bag can. So naturally, I went out and got myself a whole load of new make up.
