Firstly, an apology for missing last Saturday’s quotes session, and indeed, for being late in posting this topic in general. The past week has been hectic allowing me no time to delight in blog writing. But today, I am back with a bang – or at least a spark.
So, I was shortlisted for the Irish Diaspora section of this years Blog Awards Ireland. If I was ecstatic making the long list, you can only imagine how I feel now. Getting this far is a blessing in itself and has done wonders for my blogging confidence. Naturally I wanted to tell everybody about this achievement. I did, but not many people could understand my joyousness and thought it was silly to get excited about a blog. This is where this weeks belated quotes theme comes in, for this week, I want to enter some quotes discussing why blogging is so great.
