I’m Just Too Far….

Today I just wanted to quickly share with you all a much-loved song of mine. Yes it is cheesy, and yes they are not the original artists, but I don’t care because Westlife ‘Home’ is one of my all-time favorite songs. I always liked the song but since I came to Berlin it has taken on a special meaning for me. Now when I listen to it, I feel really connected with the lyrics and think of my loved ones back home – it just moves me in a way no other song can. It does make me tear up regardless or my mood and it can be a killer when I am homesick, but in good times, like having my Christmas holidays confirmed in work, it allows me to almost feel the love and excitement that comes with every trip home. Ok, I have just made this post a hell of a lot cheesier with my rambling so let’s cut now to the video.
