“Haha”, “hehe”, “muahahaha” – no matter how you do it the sound of laughter is a beautiful thing. As we grow older and the responsibilities of life begin to overwhelm us, we often forget to embrace the jolly, fun-loving side of ourselves. Admittedly, I am one for self pity but try to compress it to a certain period of time, although not completely ignoring my grief as this is too unhealthy. Sometimes life throws the unexpected at us and while we may be able to curl up in the safety of our own homes, there will come a time when the world needs to be faced head-on again and the best way to do this is through laughter. Never be afraid to laugh at yourself or a bad situation. Taking life too serious never got anybody anywhere except maybe to an early death bed. Laugh and enjoy life while you still can!
