A Song A Day Keeps The Blues Away

Hello everyone!

So recently I have been feeling a bit down. I think it has been a mix of a lot of things, settling back into Berlin, the weather and being sick, which has dragged me down a bit. I don’t want to get stuck in a rut like this so I am striving to perk myself up again. While I would always recommend speaking with someone if you are feeling low, I am also a big advocator of the power of music. Music always has the ability to stir emotions inside me and when I need a bit of motivation I put on the ‘Girl Power’ playlist on my iPod.  I thought I would share some of those songs with you and hopefully they can work the same magic on your mood!
